Buy Zipcc(Recommended) or State Cc
Create account with cc name
1st buy an 5$ steem key or other equal to this amount. if they charge the card, congrates !! You are good to go.
Then See the seller that ship quickly & remember to read his terms, because some sellers has strict terms.
Add to cart anything under 500$ item,
Bill [Diff] Ship [Diff]
Use Coreect Cc detail including Number & Name, I Suggest to do background check before going to ebay because you need correct billing.
Once you got thank you, you are done with ebay.
