Concert e-tickets are some of the things which can most easilly be resold online ( because it's just pdf file ) so if you want ( at least till some extent ) secure carding you can work with them.
Some anti-fraud algorithms which work on ViaGoGo website can be by default bypassed if you use android app. It doesn't matter do you use emulated android or an actual android phone/tablet. You need a European creditcard, IP adress of same country which is your cardholdder's billing address, corporate e-mail ( yahoo, gmail or outlook ) and any european sim card ( you can use one number per one credit card ). You create an account with cardholder's data, confirm sms verification, confirm email and you can be ready for purchase. Select event in same country in which is based your cc, search only for events which have e-tickets ( obviously ) and just type in all the info they requier ( cc number, exp date, cvv, adress, country and zip ). If transaction is sucesfull you will first receive e-mail with transaction confirmation and 10-15 days before an event you will receive another e-mail with pdf file of your event ticket.
For ticket selling you can use just one account for selling various carded tickets. It won't be suspicious because 70% of people selling stuff on ViaGoGo are resellers.
