An all-digital version of Microsoft's flagship system is coming; however, it's not the Xbox Series X Pro.
Not only did the next Call of Duty and a new Doom arrive during Sunday's Xbox Games Showcase, but new Xbox systems were also unveiled during this season of game announcements.
This isn't a mid-generation upgrade like the speculated PS5 Pro, nor is it a completely new console generation. Rather, Xbox is confirming its own rumors—more especially, the ones concerning an Xbox Series X without a disc.

Arriving "holiday 2024," the now-confirmed All-Digital Xbox Series X will have all the same features as the original Xbox Series X, including the 1TB storage drive, but will be finished in all-white instead of black.

It will cost $449, the same as the competitive all-digital PS5, and a $50 reduction over the current model.

There's also a new Xbox Series X "special edition" in the pipeline for individuals who choose to bolster their system. Although there won't be a performance increase, the console will feature 2 TB of storage and be adorned with a "Galaxy Black" pattern, which is literally dozens of tiny stars. This holiday season, the system will go live in "limited quantities" for $599.
It's scheduled for the 2024 holiday as well.

That's all there is to it. There's not much of an incentive for people who currently own an Xbox to switch to one of these new versions, but if you're just now getting started with the ecosystem, there will soon be a ton of more color and capacity options available.
Present-Day Xbox Models
Up until now, the Xbox Series S was the only device to sport the white color scheme; the Series X and the 1TB Series S were only allowed to utilize black. A list of all the available Xbox Series S and Series X models can be found below.

There is also a new white color option available for the $349 1TB Xbox Series S, which is $50 more expensive than the 512GB model. It was limited to black availability previously.
