The first way involves the use of an exchanger. It means you need to find a good bitcoin exchanger where you will buy Bitcoin by dump credit card.
Pay attention that you only should to use non vbv bin! Also, there is no option to use any card of the US. It is better to choose cards of other countries that are much better suited for this kind of operation (like Canadian on dumps.to).
