If you're imaginative you'll find VERY VERY high quality accounts.
I found a Diamond + account using this method not too long ago, so have a go at it. Thought I'd share.
1. Go to League Of Legends website and press log in. (Note: If you choose like EUW League Of Legends website you will proabably get a EUW account)
2. Press 'Forgot Username' and you should see a box where you will have to put a email in.
3. Now go to a "Disposial mail" site where you can choose a random email example: yopmail or mailinator
4. Now select a random mail and put the mail in the box at League Of Legends website forgot username (step 2 explains where it is)
5. Now, you either get a account or you dont, if you dont then try again with a diffrent email (step 4)
6. Good, you now have a account, go to the inbox of that random account and get the username.
7. Now go to League Of Legends and press log in, press forgot password and put the username in the box wich you got from the email.
8. Now you should get a confirmation saying something about you getting a email wich you use to reset the password of the account.
9. Open the email inbox and open "League Of Legends password recovery" and press the link, you are now settning a new password for the account.
10. Now just log in to it and have fun.
NB: The more unique and well thought your email is for the disposable, the more likely you'll find a better account. Think outside the box!
NOTE: This method also works for STEAM accounts as well.
