PayPal US accounts operate best with this manual. It WILL work for non-US citizens, but US accounts tend to be more successful.
1) Visit ETRADE.
2) Press the OPEN AN ACCOUNT button.
3) Select "E*TRADE Complete Investment Account" and then click "APPLY NOW."
4) You must now fill out the information. DON'T enter your real information. Use the fake name generator (CRITICAL: Get a US identity)! Additionally, make use of an accessible email. Select "Individual account" under "Account Type."
5) Select "Cash Account Only" under "Step 1: Choose Account Type."
